The Trusted Traveler Programs (Global Entry, TSA Pre✓®, SENTRI, NEXUS, and FAST) are low risk pre-screening programs which facilitate the entry of pre-approved trusted travelers. Previously, applicants submitted application on the GOES site and the migration of the platform to the TTP site has caused numerous problems for members of the above programs which joined them before October 2017. Many Global Entry, NEXUS and SENTRI members have difficulties migrating their accounts from the old to the new platform. As the security measures increase every year, so does the difficulty of access to the new TTP platform. Applicants find out their old GOES IDs and passwords are no longer valid and they have to create profiles in the login.gov website. As the new website requires 3-step verification – password, phone and backup codes, it is not uncommon that an applicant cant access their account to check their status
How Do I get a status update on my Global Entry, NEXUS or SENTRI application?
We as an independent processing center have created this status update service for those who are unsure what is happening with their applications and how they need to proceed.
Please follow these 2 steps:

- Step 1: Download the status update application form, fill it out and send it back to us either via e-mail: info@passport-visa-service.com or to our fax: 1-832-201-9600
- Step 2: Click on the payment button to pay the service fee of 45.95 USD through our payment processor.
What happens next?
Once we receive your application and payment, we will check your status and we will contact you with an update within 48h. If needed, we will schedule your interview or activate your card for you and will thus help you get your Global Entry, NEXUS or SENTRI card.
